What is LibGuides?
LibGuides is a digital tool which allows your library to collect different kinds of resources together. It is tailored for the specific learning needs and assessment tasks of Walcha Central School students. LibGuides contains hundreds of links, documents, and other media all designed to help you with your research.
You can search the Library Catalogue (Oliver) using the link in the box in the middle of this page. Oliver lists all the books in the library, plus has about 18,000 live links to websites suitable for K-12 assessment tasks. You can also search the Central Northern Regional Library catalogue, which includes the Walcha Town Library.
Senior students might want to access the electronic resources at The State Library of NSW. You can sign up (for free!) using your local public library card, or fill in the online form to get a State Library card which will be posted to your home.
